FOBASESTORE Limited Warranty
At FOBASESTORE, we design products to help you redefine the way you see and record the world. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following limited warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
FOBASESTORE products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
During this period, we warrant that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the product instructions.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
· Repair the product, or
· Replace the product with an equivalent model, or
· Provide a reasonable partial refund
There is no restart of the warranty period after replacement. Replacement units are covered for the remaining original warranty period.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty applies when:
· The product is used according to the user manual
· Installation and setup follow official instructions
· The product has not been altered or modified without authorization
· The product has not been exposed to abnormal mechanical, electrical, or environmental stress
3. What Is Not Covered
· This limited warranty does not cover:
· Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or negligence
· Improper installation or use not in accordance with instructions
· Power surges or unstable power supply
· Normal wear and tear
· Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
· Software-related issues caused by third-party applications, viruses, or unauthorized modifications
· Consumable parts or accessories
Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your product upon receipt.
If the product arrives visibly damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and retain all packaging materials.
For hidden defects, please notify us within a reasonable time after discovery.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
1. Contact our support team with your order number
2. Provide a clear description of the issue
3. Submit photos or videos if requested
Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void this warranty.
