1. Order Processing Time
· All orders are processed within 2 business days.
· Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
· During peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing time may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:
· United States (excluding remote areas)
· Selected international countries
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories unless otherwise stated.
If an unsupported shipping address is provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
3. Shipping Fees
United States
· Orders over $99 USD: Free shipping
· Orders under $99 USD: Flat rate $6.99 USD
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
Carriers: China Post, USPS, UniUni
International Orders
· Orders over $99 USD: Free shipping
· Orders under $99 USD: Flat rate $6.99 USD
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
Carriers: China Post, local postal services, UniUni
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
4. Remote Area Restrictions (United States)
We do not ship to remote U.S. areas, including but not limited to:
· Alaska (AK)
· Hawaii (HI)
· Puerto Rico (PR)
· Guam
· U.S. Virgin Islands
· American Samoa
· APO/FPO/DPO addresses
If a remote address is detected after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to arrange cancellation or alternative solutions.
5. Taiwan Customs Requirement
For orders shipped to Taiwan:
Customers are required by Taiwan Customs to provide:
· Valid Taiwan ID number
· Full name in Traditional Chinese characters
Please include this information in the order notes at checkout.
If this information is not provided:
· We will contact you by email to request the required details.
· Delays caused by missing customs information are the responsibility of the customer.
· We are not liable for delivery delays resulting from incomplete customs information.
Failure to provide required customs documentation may result in shipment delays or return.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier system.
You may track your order via:

If tracking information is not received within 3 business days after shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us.
7. Delivery Time Disclaimer
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
· Customs inspections
· Carrier delays
· Weather conditions
· Public holidays
· Incorrect shipping information
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
8. Lost Packages
If a package appears lost:
1. Please contact the carrier directly to confirm the shipping status.
2. Contact us with your order number and relevant details.
We will assist in investigating the case and, depending on carrier confirmation, arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
· Delivery delays
· Lost packages
· Additional shipping fees
caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address:
· Return shipping fees and related costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
11. Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer the following options:
· Wait for restock
· Select a replacement product
· Cancel the order for a full refund
